Refund policy
You can request cancellations or returns through account.memmade.com or by emailing sense@memmade.com. If requesting via email, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item if it is incorrect or damaged
Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and refunded for the cost of the item upon receipt at our warehouse.
EU customers: Due to the right of withdrawal, if a return is requested within 14 days of delivery, the same rule above applies except that the customer will be refunded the cost of the item and the original shipping upon receipt at our warehouse.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please request a return and we will get back to you about a refund or exchange as soon as we can.
