Refund policy
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, you may request a refund or replacement by emailing sense@memmade.com up to 30 days after delivery. In your email, please include:
- your order number
- a photo of the affected item
- whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the affected item
Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for sizing problems or unwanted orders. Sorry! Please double check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
